On-site valve maintenance

When a valve cannot leave the line, our technicians come to it. We respond to service requests quickly and repair at site or take the valve back to the workshop.

Overview

TMI offers onsite maintenance and repair alongside its workshop facility. The aim is to respond to servicing requests within hours and to carry out whatever repair is needed, either at the workshop or at site.

On-site work suits planned shutdowns, valves that are welded in or difficult to remove, and urgent breakdowns where time out of service matters most.

For larger site jobs we set up a mobile workshop in a container at the customer's site, with a safety valve test unit, a lifting gantry and a site office, so valves can be tested and repaired close to where they are installed.

Scope of work

  • On-site inspection and maintenance of valves
